I know we talked about this last night, but reading it in detail really shows how awful they have been to you. Their attitude is awful, you're trying to do everything right and they are just blowing you off. I hope you are able to resolve this to the way it should be. You deserve the chance to find the right path for yourself without burning any bridges.
