If she went for women, I could totally see her with Reyes, if only because Reyes would take care of her POOR, NEGLECTED BABY for her.
But by that point, Scully was very much MULDER OR BUST. And while I can totally believe the door swings both ways for Reyes, Scully never made me think she liked girls at all...
