So... Star Trek idea?

I'm obviously not going to be attempting nano because that would be crazy, but should I decide in the next few hours to fail gloriously in a plan-free actual-plot-not-just-breakfast fan fictional sort of way now or ever:

What would have been a super awesome Star Trek episode? I'm not asking you to plot a story for me (unless you want to?), but seriously, what would have been a TV guide synopsis you'd have loved to see? (Any crew any series, whateva's your fave of the moment, though I have never written classic Trek before so that might be scary and also I have no 'ships except Kirk/Enterprise.)

p.s. I just got SAD when I saw the number 1,667 today and realized it would mean nothing to me this yeeeeear.

Janeway and Chakotay are partners in command, partners in parenting their blended Voyager family, and partners in bed. It's an unspoken rule that No One Talks about J/C...until Tom Paris plans an anniversary of their return from the planet they were stranded on. Meanwhile, Neelix has stocked up on bright, Cookie-Monster-blue, furry grubs from their most recent Away Mission and is determined to use them in every meal.

I go back and forth on how the crew - not the senior officers, necessarily, but the crew - would actually handle Janeway/Chakotay. In good times, probably no one would care, but that ship has a lot of lean times and I wonder if there would be undermining? Mean gossip turned to fractured "sides" of the crew...? In general, I wonder about that with Voyager even aside from J/C because Janeway is the ULTIMATE AUTHORITY... It's not a regular military hierarchy since there's no jag-type oversight. It becomes apparent in things like Equinox when she full-on loses her shit, but I wonder how that works with little things (why does astrometrics get all the man-hours / supplies / energy instead of some other department. Favoritism! Let's circulate angry memos!).

Thanks so much for playing with me in this post!
